Absolutely love the look of this heli was really interested in perhaps getting one flying but at just over £700 for the just the basic airframe, its too much. getting one of these in the air is nearly the same basic cost as an Xxtreme.
    All the best

This is why I'm interested in where Cuppa got his from, especially as he says it came with SAB blades

I only said this heli was good enough for Jehova to fly!!!!!!!!!!! heli porn imho i realy liked the build on this one! the only snag i found with the kit was x2 10mm screws MIA (not important)and the blade bolts supplyed bottom'd out befor they would tighten, i managed a lil test hover on thursday feels very nice indeed, i'm going to spend a lil more time than i useualy do just to run in the mechanics and the new lipos thanks Rob, also i would like to thank Mat for his help with the HV electrickery stuff.

Cuppa, what size packs have you run in the X7. I se peps over on Freak are using anything from 4200 to 5300. I think I can just make out a Turnigy blue 5000 in one of your pics.

Got mine built, just need to setup the Helijive. I had a couple of screws missing but otherwise a lovely heli to build. The only bad thing I've found is that the canopy holes were misdrilled, got the canopy swapped at FL and the 2nd one is the same
