Hey guy's. I got back from my holiday in the alps this weekend (awesome snow
).
I'm starting work again tonight on them and hope to have a couple more ready to send out this week. I'm still working on the fan controllers as that's caused an issue, but the test one that Rob Barnes has at the moment is working excellent (but a bit noisy as he has in modded fans at the momoment).

Just to confirm Ive had the unit just over a week now and the results are brilliant. Ive charged all my packs a few times and had no problems what so ever. Im using a Thunderpower TP820CD charger and charging 2 of my Thunderpower 5000mAh 6s packs at 4C it never murmoured using the 24v port. I bought some turnigy 6s from hobbyking germany. They are fitted with 5.5mm bullets on 8awg cable and they do NOT fit the ec5. They are only a gnats **** out, so it could just be the tolerance of the cable used. IMO 10awg is your best bet.
Out of interest if you were to run this on a generator at the field, what size geny would you run?

You new generator will be 1.45kva rob. Plenty if you don't try to charge the at too high of a c rating.
