    Default USB Cable

    Hi,

I have Phoenix installed on my laptop but seem to have lost the USB cable
Does anyone know where I can get one from?

    Kind Regards

I'm afraid that you have to purchase a new copy. When you buy Phoenix you are paying for the USB dongle as without this anyone could download and run Phoenix.

You can find a genuine Phoenix package containing both the CD and dongle here: http://www.fast-lad.co.uk/store/phoe...m1-p-7481.html

Yes it's the same for Realflight. Your paying for the dongle and you get the software free!

I though that too, but now on the phone to me mate now using it lol he has sold loads over the week on a few listings, only trying to save someone a few quid. He has plenty of feedback on this item.

I don't know, looks a bit off to me.. Ebay has made me naturally weary, even good feedback can mean nothing at all sometimes.

Best to contact the UK distributor to see if they are genuine units.

Phoenix model flight simulation :: Purchase

Or just purchase from a place where you know they are genuine such as the link I provided earlier on in this thread.

When I first bought Phoenix it was a good but fairly basic rc sim. Since then it has had extra models, flying sites and updates--- today it is one of the best sims out there, this has not cost me a single penny more.

Thanks to guys like you Improvise sadly We'll all probably have to pay for out next update! So why not do us a favour and remove your link(item number) and we can all carry on enjoying Phoenix for years to come.( those of us with genuine dongles!! )

Just as a side note the last guy that linked to this crap was whining because it did not work.

Great post Ron, really well said. I've always said to people the cost of Phoenix may look expensive but it is nothing at all compared to the amount of money it will save you. Unless you're just one of those people that really can't get on with the sim at all.
